The Victoria Shamrocks of the BC Junior B Tier 1 Lacrosse, representing British Columbia, Edmonton Warriors of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League, representing Alberta, and the Onondaga Redhawks of the First Nations Junior B Lacrosse League, are joining the host Port Coquitlam Saints and Queen City Kings at the 2023 Founders Cup.
